I took a jacket in to be cleaned and pointed out a spot that needed special attention. After I picked it up and got it home, it was like it was never cleaned. Returned it to be cleaned again. Picked it up, wasn't bagged yet although he said it was done. It was still not clean! He said it depended on the lighting if you could see the spot. He said he wasn't going to do anything else. Then I remembered taking a winter coat there the year before with the same issue. I'm not taking my business there anymore.
