This is the worst eye doctor I have ever been to! On my first visit, I waited for 2 1/2 hrs while the doctor saw patients who were there after me. On my second visit, which was to pick up my contacts, I discovered that no one ever ordered them!!!! I have been waiting almost 3 months now for contacts. I have called since them and left messages but no one returns my calls. Once I receive them, I will NOT be returning to this office.

Dr. Reed and Dr. Tao are excellent doctors whom I fully trust with the care of my eyes. My only complaint about Reed Vision by Mercy is the sometimes ridiculously long waiting time to be seen.

Have been going here for years, the staff is always friendly and professional!
