I would never shop for jewelry anywhere else. The sales staff is knowledgable in all of the items that they carry as well as the customer needs. My best friend and I were getting married the same year and we were looking for our husbands rings; we went everywhere and so many places knew very little about their products! We couldn't believe it. We both bought Osterman and are still raving about the place 4 years later! Thank you Osterman!!!

My friend and I went to the mall to look for Pandora jewelry. Our first stop was Osterman's. I asked the two clerks standing together if they carried Pandora. They told me no and said I should go to Dillard's. I told them that I knew it was only carried at jewelery stores not department stores. They told me I was wrong and were really quite rude. Our next stop was at J. Fosters Jewelers. They carried Pandora. We explained what the clerks at Osterman's told us and they apologized for them!! After purchasing several pieces of Pandora we walked past Osterman's to return to our car outside of Dillards, and I stopped to tell the clerks where Pandora is sold. She said, "Well they sell it in Dillard's too." She rolled her eyes at me! I was really disgusted. My friend and I went into Dillards and asked them if they sold Pandora. They said, " No, but there is some jewelery store telling people we do." We filled them in on the story and they apologized too!! They told us they should stop in and tell them to stop telling customers that.

I will not be stopping into Osterman's for any reason again. There are too many clerks in other stores who want my business, and treat me with kindness.
