My daughter was living in these apartments. When she decided to move she took the legal and proper steps to do so but the property owner refuses to give my daughter her deposit. She file for a hearing in court and New Town Apartments didn't show up. The judge granted my daughter double her deposit back including filing fees. New Town Apartments refuses to give back whats due to my daughter. I just want to make known the bad reputation of New Town Apartments owners have.
