Dont go there. I went in for an allignment. Had to go back a second time that day becuase they didnt tighten anything back down, so when I hit a pothole. My truck jumped into on coming traffic almost killing me and my 9yr old daughter.
The tech that worked on my truck said he left them undone as a favor for me?!?!?!? To add insult to injury the allignment along with my camber was never adjusted. Instead of it pulling to the right now it pulls to the left. I was still charged for the full amount even though work was not finished. They (corperate) feels that they are NOT liable for the tech's error for not tighen everything back down, and almost killing 2/3rds of my family. Even when i returned 20 minutes later the tech admitted to never completing the job or securing all parts back down, but you better beleive I was charged the full amount. Corp respond with we cant do anything about that. SORRY! That location is a joke! I didn't make it four blocks. I'm having the job finished at Tireman even though I already paid Midas on Reynolds to do it.
