Maumee Valley Country Day School, also known as MVCDS, serves more than 475 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 in northwestern Ohio. It is an independent education facility that conducts sessions in science, math, social studies and language arts. The school also provides various extracurricular activities, such as choir, art and music. Maumee Valley Country Day School operates chess, book and drama clubs, as well as a student council. It offers membership options in the Muslim American Society and the African American Society. The school provides several sports activities, including tennis, field hockey and soccer. Maumee Valley Country Day School s Johnson-Bayer Physical Education Complex includes a gym and fitness center. It has a parent association that conducts fundraising events.
