Took vehicle there to get a new transmission paid 1,800 picked up vehicle it seemed FINE then it sometimes wouldn't lock in park called they said its brand new not as loose let it get broke in. kept acting up so researched problem.seemed to be that the gear shifter( not sure the proper name link?????) Wasn't alighed properly so I took it back so the ROOKIES could fix the job they already was PAID for and didn't obviously put back together properly the first time!!!! they were understanding acted like it wasn't a big deal it happens it just wasn't aligned perfectly it happens give them an hour and they will have it FIXED properly went to pick up vehicle and got in to leave looked down and the plastic around gear shifter is missing then notice my whole center console was not even snapped in but the gear shifter worked like NEW once back aligned.(thank god because when I took it there the first time to get a new transmission it was aligned right) so I wouldn't expect anything different!!! beings they are called LAY's Transmission right.and this is my second time here because the job wasn't done RIGHT the first time and now they caused more problems because when they took center console off to align gears they obviously broke my plastic and didn't know how to put center console back together properly and cup holders that connect to console in back seat is unscrewed and laying on floor mats in the backseat!!!WOW 1,800 later a broke console, no cupholder and a hole in plastic so disappointed if I wanted to deal with the problem of shysty work I would of took it to a tire - oil change quicky but instead I took it to a well known buisness that REPRESENTS TRANSMISSIONS..... its in there buisness title!! and I got unprofesional service and work I mean come on they broke up the inside of my vehicle fixing the job they say they specialize in... was going to trust them a third time with to put concole back in right and screw in cupholders because manager insisted said don't know why the work was done this way after his head machanic tried to make every excuse he could and that he didn't do the work he can't tell me why my car is disassembled and broke but they sure were quick to cash that 1,800$$$$$ check for the transmission but don't want to fix it at my convenience I work have a busy schedule the best they could tell me was bring it in Monday 6 days from today because they work bank hours 7- 4:30 and closed sat and sun owell that obviously is not my fault its yours ......if the job would have been done right the first time u wouldn't have to deal with unhappy customers that only want what they paid for done and done correctly!!!!! POOR SERVICE POOR OWNERSHIP POOR REASEMBLING SKILLS sure isn't living up to its name will never recommend not even for a simple tire change they might not know how to put it back on correctly.... save the headache don't waste your money go else ware !!!!

They are the best!! I would not trust my truck to anyone else.
