This is the only laundromat I will ever attend in the Toledo area. It is safe, clean, and I've always gotten great customer service. It may be a little pricey, however I believe you get what you pay for. Also from 7-9 it is $1 wash (on select washers). Call to verify times! Hands down the best place to get your laundry done.

I went in for the really big washers. They advertised a big machine. They have 1 big one but it is the same as the store down the street and way more expensive. I have been to many in the Toledo area. It was clean (which is good). The place down the street has lots more big machines and less expensive. The machine here is same size as other place but cost almost $2 more!!!!

I've never seen anything like it. Everything is brand new and clean! They use cards instead of quarters which will keep me coming back!!

The Equipment is not being Cleaned and Checked after Use. Hair, Paper, Items of Clothing, and Gum or Candy has been found to be in Equipment on Visits. This is very important to a Customer to feel secure that when they put their items of clothing in that Machine it is going to be Clean. On occasions the Floors have not been Clean Also. Attendent should spend less time in the Office on Computer and Phone and More time Attending to the Laundry Center. Have not really seen a Large number of people using Service, and the Price has gone up since Opening. Lower your Prices and take care of the issues Above for Better Customer Service .
