Working for IES is a joke!! They don't care about their employees and pay you pennies!! I worked there for almost 2years only worked 40hrs a week maybe 4times they send you home if the machines break down,run out of product,ect. They let the line leads treat you like trash and they never stay on the line they are always gone some where talking or sitting in their break room,for hours. If something goes wrong on the line you can't ever find your lead!!! The supervisor is just as bad!! The one on 3rds is a joke(Justin) he leaves at night for few hours then comes back after the bars close.. I thought we weren't aloud to leave the building?? I can't believe the way that place is ran,and the way they treat employees very sad!! Good luck to the people that work there!!!

This company is a joke.They do not care about employees.I was hired by them an here i sit 3 weeks later still no start date.I got this job intending to make Christmas money for my children.Im a single mom trying to make it. At this rate i will not receive a check by then if at all.I truly believe they hired me simply to make it appear as though they have alot of employees. I would give negative star's but you cant so i suppose they get one for trying an becoming the worst temp agency ever. So thank you Ies for ruining my Christmas i turned down other jobs believing I was employed.
