Would not recomend manager is a real pain . She is allways driving around complaning about something and you cant have no one stay with you without her complaining.. And neighbors steal out of your yard and they don't do nothing about it.not a good place to live.

I think Cypress point is a very nice place to live. over the last three years alot has been done to make this a safe low cost place to live . they do dig from time to time. but, that is to keep our water on and at the lowest cost. the manager is very friendly and in the office from 9-12 and 3-6 Monday through Friday . they have homes anywhere from 300.00 to 20,000.00 . I would recommend this park to anyone. please remember usually the people with bad opinions of landlords are the problems. not the landlords, If this park was that bad it wouldn't be here still.

Would not recommend! Manager is only in office for 2-1\2 hours 4 days a week and only available by appointment which creates a real headache in an emergency and the expect the rent to be post marked by the first of every month or you get hit with a $40.00 late fee which is a real hassle for those on fixed incomes. They constantly tear up the grounds because of water leaks and don't tell you they are shutting off the water, then leave your yards a mess for weeks and sometimes months.
