I like my apartment that I rent from Beal Properties a lot. You can tell the maintenance staff put a lot of care into getting it ready before I moved in.

My experience with Beal Properties has been really great so far. I needed to adjust my move in date up a day and their maintenance crew worked extra hard to get the apartment ready for me. I had a hard time finding an apartment in Ypsilanti since I was in California and couldn't actually come see the apartment. Stewart Beal went and took pictures of the apartment sent them to me so I could be sure that I liked it. He also wrote me a long email about all the features of the apartment. Very impressive.
