Royal Food Stores are knowingly committing fraud in their sales of diesel fuel. I found they are falsely advertising diesel prices on their diesel fuel. Their LED highway sign shows diesel fuel at $2.74 but at the pump it is $3.09. I asked the cashier to call the manager about this false price but the manager refused to honor the $2.74 price though they advertise the price as $2.74. I told them I would report them for their price scam. When I went out to take a picture of the sign with the false price, they turned that sign off. I took a picture of it later.
