I received a gift certificate to their online shop for christmas, 2011. I placed a large order, and the staff was entirely useless when asked for assistance matching colours or clarifying which colours were which after discovering their photos on the website were swapped around and mislabelled. When I received my order, I found that 4 skeins were severely sun damaged, with bleached patches throughout their length. I contacted the store to address the issue and was ignored for a week. Finally someone sent a curt reply saying that I should send the yarn back, but with no follow up as to what shipping method they preferred and other questions about ensuring the replacement yarn was the correct colour. I received the replacement yarn about 2 weeks later - wrong colour. And to this day, I still have not received a response about the return shipping or getting the correct colour sent out, so I've given up and bought locally. These people are a joke when it comes to responsible and responsive
