If Evie one of the owners does the grooming/nails its great, if another employee does it not so good. The employee took way tooo much time with a dog that doesnt like her nails done!! Too much trama. They made my beagle cry. He is usually good. Not enough special treatment for the. Price!! Hope they are more careful when I board my dogs!!

My puppy dog Charlie (11 moths old) loves to stay here when we take a few days off for long distance travel. He also loves to come in and play at Doggy Daycare on days that I have too many errands to run and don't want him to stay at home too long by himself! LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff, they take such good care of him and he's a happy dog when I pick him up! I had him groomed for the first time at Pet Resorts and they did an EXCEPTIONAL job on my little Cockapoo! I highly recommend this place and trust them 100% with my furry little son!

Great place, my dogs love it here and reasonably priced. Been using them for several years and its nice to know they are in good hands.

Just had a HORRIBLE Experience at the PET RESORT across from Searstown Mall in Titusville. A friend had taken her dog there and didn't have a problem that she was aware of so I took my 10 year old Boxer, Therapy dog there for a 5 day stay... When I went to pick up my dog this morning the first thing the lady told me was that she snapped at another dog the first day and because of that she had been placed in isolation for the entire 5 days! Now my dog, Laila, has been a therapy dog for 9 years - she constantly interacts with other dogs and people at Joe's Place and nursing homes and has NEVER had a problem. All of a sudden she is pegged as an aggressive dog and placed in a dark cell for 5 days.for which they added $5 a day to my bill. I could go on about her mistreatment but just be very careful about this place. Their brochure describes the facility as having suites - these are dark cages across from each other in a narrow hallway. That is called a "suite". Anything but!!! My dog looked like she had lost 10 pounds and her hair was falling out by the handfuls. I believe that she has been through hell while I was gone! I told the owner - Ed - that I would give him an extra $100 if when he put her with any number of other dogs there if she showed any aggression or as much as growled. He declined my offer! I know how I feel about my dog and if you feel the same way about yours, I would be very hesitant to take my dog there. At least check the place out before you take your pet there - it in no way matches the description in their brochure!!! BEWARE!!!!!!

My dog has been going there for four years until today. He got groomed there, went to daycare there, and boarded there. When my husband and I got together we started taking my husband's dog there as well. I have recommended many people to this place and they have benefited in their business because of this. My boys both boarded there over Christmas and I had requested the bath package for each of them which should have been done before the pickup time that I gave them when I dropped the boys off. When I got there to pick them up, they did not look or smell like they had a bath AND my dogs eye was closed and would not open. Nobody called me beforehand to let me know that he was having problems with his eye. I immediately took him to the vet which cost me a good sum of money because it was after hours. After expressing my dissatisfaction to the owners the best thing I got was a free bath for each dog. It was on their watch that something happened to my dog and there was no offer to help us out with the bill. That's what you get for being a long time customer who has recommended several people to them in the past. That is no way to treat your loyal customer's.

Thank you so much for visiting our page. We opened Pet Resort & Suites in May of 2008 in a rental on Cheney Hwy. That building served us well for five years but we had the opportunity to purchase the building we are in now. This building required a complete remodel to make it sufficient for our guests. Instead of using modular kennels and cages we built custom suites for our boarders. Every room is custom built to optimize space, light and air flow in order to make our guests as comfortable as possible. We used vinyl composite tile, similar to the flooring you see in grocery stores for the flooring and Hardi-board for the walls. As a small business in a tough economy we are doing most of the build out ourselves with some help from friends. We are not giving tours on the boarding side until the work is complete. Pet Resort and Suites is noting less than WOW. We have a 5+ yr relationship and they are wonderful. Not only do they care for our three dogs but also accomidate our foster dogs as well.We recommend for all.

I am very pleased with Pet Resort, they take very good care of my dog, every time he stays there he comes home happy! They even bath him for free if he's there more than 3 days! I have recommended Pet Resort and Suites to my best friend who also loves it!
