I went in for a fill. As I sat at the station waiting for the male nail tech to finish a lengthy conversation in his native tongue. As I put my hands out so he could start the table was covered with nail clippings and dust from previous clients. The whole time he continued his conversation over my head in his native tongue not once speaking a word to me until...you want to pay now before polish? The fill was average and he nicked my cuticle several times with the rental. It was dirty, the male staff was ignorant and the work was merely average. There are plenty of nail shops in Titusville you can be sure I will not return to this one.

They did not clean the tools prior to doing a pedicure !!!! They pretended to take them from a sterile pack but it was already opened and used... Yuk

I have gone to this nail salon about three times and it's cleanliness has seriously deteriorated from each previous visit. It is handy so in an emergency, when I don't have time to get to my regular salon, I have run in but won't go again. The people carry on loud conversations with each other in their own language so it isn't relaxing (I also noticed that when all two of their patrons left they didn't talk at all) , but the most important issue is the cleanliness. This week (Sept, 2010) I went for a pedicure and manicure and the tools weren't clean. They were in a little box that wasn't clean and the tools themselves obviously hadn't been sterilized recently, much less just before they used them on me. The nail drying area didn't work and I am not sure why they seated me there to dry my nails. The light bulbs were out, the upper fans didn't work, the lower fans were working I think, but I am not sure it was so weak. Dust on all upper surfaces, light fixtures, etc.
