There were 4 other people beside myself that walked out of our appointments this morning due to rude woman named Peggy at don’t desk. I don’t understand how this type of rudeness is acceptable and I see the reviews list this over and over wow

I wasnt there more than 10 minutes ,and everyone was fast and helpfull.Also the nurse was talkitive and friendly seeing i was nervous,made sure I was o k before she took my sample.

Staff was so rude. Walked in at 6:30 am, time they opened, and the women at the front desk talked to me like I was stupid because I didn't make an appointment (wasn't required& there was only one other person there). & in between this time her and another staff member were talking very badly about another employee that wasn't there. I went back to the desk to ask a question about my test, and she snatched the paper from my hands, didn't let me finish asking my question, and talked over me. I wanted to leave, but unfortunately this is the only labcorp near me.

I had never been to LabCorp and wanted to ask a few questions,I had tried to call but the phone rang off the hook then it was forever busy so I went in. I asked if I had to pay my deductible at time of visit and the lady tried to talk to be with a mouth full of food and said she couldn't tell me that and gave me a card to call. And when I mentioned that I thought id come in since the phones were busy..she mentioned the phones have been having troubles for over five years. Im guess that's about the time frame she has been working there. I hope my apt goes better than that.

The nurses here are wonderful, I travel from Orlando because they are so good at their jobs. My veins are hard to hit and they are right on the money every time. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Decent little place, however the front desk lady was completely rude. Other than getting me ticked off over something stupid it was good service.

I believe the woman handling everything--the lab draw, the paperwork, etc. does a fine job. However, lately, both times that I have gone, it has been a painful experience. I do believe she gets very busy and therefore in a hurry???
