This is a poor company to do business with they are never truly concerned about the customer only about the bottom line. The customer does not come first with them. As a customer and former employee wanting to talk to someone about a problem they passed it on to someone else and no one wanted to take care of the problem. I received many complaints like that but did not think it was as bad as the customer made it sound but it is. They are also uncaring to there employees an employee feels that Ag Vantage is doing what is best for them until something goes wrong and than it is all blamed on the employee they put employee's against each other. They are continually restructuring the bosses, today's boss is not tomorrows boss.
