3 x's at store.Not attentive when customers come in.Happened several times 2me & observed it being done to other custs.There were 2 employees in back INCLUDING THE MANAGER talking, while the other 1 in front was busy w/a client.Brought this up 2 mgr & reply was"I was doing DESK work".I guess cust is NOT a priority.Clueless as 2what servicing a customer is abt. 1st visit rep tried 2 sell me 4pack batt;needed only 3. I Q'd it then & he pulled 3 loose 1's fr behind counter. Went 4 a refund & was accused I used the batteries for 1 mo.when I simply tried them on phone couple of days ago.Rep tested them &they were fully charged.Then he sarcastically said, U haven't had a phone 4 a month! I have more than 1 phone in my home is what I said. Rude/sarcastic.The mgr doesn't listen either, talks over U & sounds like a robot.Return policy sticks.They won't even bend 2 give me visaCredit cause "it's their policy". I guess the mgr is powerless & needs the $10 badly 2show a profit/ 5NEGATIVEstars.
