The company s decaffeinated coffee is 100 percent Swiss water-processed, and chemical free. Baltimore Coffee and Tea Company roasts coffee in small batches, using French made Samiac coffee roasters. The company water quenches its coffee after roasting, and air cools the coffee, ensuring that the peak flavor and subtle notes stay in the beans. It roasts its coffee to order, and the date roasted, along with the customer's name printed on the heat-sealed valve bag. Its tea collection includes brands, such as Ahmad of London, Dublin Irish, Baltimore, Barry's Irish, Barrows, Bencheley, Bewley's Irish, Brassica, Celestial Seasonings and Eastern Shore Tea Company Tea.
