I owe a debt of gratitude to the staff of O'Reilly's in Tillamook, especially Cyle for coming to the help of my daughter who arrived at the store on a Saturday evening at 5:30pm with the check engine light lit and a rough idle. It was getting late and she was two hours from home in Hillsboro. I am thankful she had the sense to stop at O'Reillys, and have Cyle diagnose the problem. He determined that it was misfiring because of a bad coil and spark plug. After he determined the source of problem, Cyle proceeded to replace the necessary parts so that she could make her way home safely.
