Very nice place to ahop

The owner is very RUDE AND HATEFUL! ! I went in to buy a prom dress and was not toldthey didn't take debit or credit cards. My daughter was in the dressing room trying on dresses when the owner comes back saying is she going to get the dress or not someone else wants to look at it! What a butt!!!! We decided that was the one she wanted. ..we go to pay for it and was told no credit cards. .the nice lady that was helping me said she would call me asap when the machine was back up and working if I could put just a little bit of money on it and she would mail it probably Monday. Well it's been over 3 weeks I just called and the RUDE OWNER told me that she had a issue with the people she deals with on the credit card machine and wasn't going to deal with them anymore. I asked for her to send my money back. She said I had put the dress on layaway? ??I said no I didn't And she hung up on me. NEVER EVER DO BBUSINESS WITH THIS LADY OR HER STORE! !!!!

The owner was rude and not helpful at all. She did not ask what we needed but immediately told us there was no dress in our price range.

Needed MOB dress. Found one but needed larger size. She took my $80.00 deposit on this 194.00 dress.Went home & pulled it up on web to show husband. Couldn't find it anywhere except on ebay for 29.99. Called her next day and told her. Assured me she didn't pay that for it and due to no tags & label being cut on dress in store I ?ed her on it being second.She said it wasn't and she would call and make sure dress was available and call me back. Never heard back. Called her back week later. She told me dress was not available in my size 20. She was just going to keep my money and not call me I suppose. Took my card info and said she would refund me. Didn't even know how much I put down. Week later still no refund. just called back and she told me "oh I forgot.I'll do it now". This is extremely poor customer service.She has a very crowded run down store. She seems to not be concerned about truly helping you find a dress. Not one to leave negative reviews but felt this one deserved.

Found my homecoming court dress here! Definitely will be back for prom. Large selection and helpful. Never knew there was another dress shop in tifton..

We stopped here on a holiday and were so happy to find that they were open. Our hometown does not have a pageant shop and we needed a dress for my daughter. You could tell the staff did not want to be there on a holiday, and I can't say that I blame them! After trying on several, we decided on a dress. Staff became much friendlier and attentive (of course) when we began the purchase. The selection was pretty good, however we missed the personal connection that we usually get when trying on at other pageant shops. We won the pageant, but unfortunately I don't think this business would remember us, so I have not told them. The personal touch was missing...that's why the 4 stars instead of 5. Maybe they just want bridal business?

Gina has always taken care of us wonderfully. Everything we have aver asked from her she has gone above and beyond for my girls. The atmosphere in her store is welcoming and always friendly. My girls have been going to her for 3 years now for homecoming as well as proms and we are always very pleased and satisfied. At any business you could have a bad experience, but in my years of doing business with Mrs. Gina she has been amazing!

do not go here for anything pertaining to your prom! the lady lied to us.she told us our dress would be back in 2 wks,but when we called to check on the status of our order,it had not been placed. she did not order the dress until 3 weeks after my deposit of $100, and after we continuously called questioning and demanding some type of proof that she ordered it or give me a refund. the dress finally arrived 2 wks and 2days later. when trying the dress on, the fitting room area was fumed with an awful musk scent. then she proclaimed not to have a bag to put the dress in, so i demanded that she take a dress out of one on the rack that had not been paid for since my order was paid in full.she ofcourse chose the oldest bag she could, but it did not matter to us.we threw the smelly thing in the trash.we did it for the principle of the matter.i will never purchase anything from this store ever again,nor would i recommend it to anyone. her trick is:no refunds typed in small print at bottom
