I would not recommend buying a wedding dress from this store. The Staff is arrogant and indifferent. Their last concern was making the Bride-to-be feel special in any way. It's hard to believe this store is still in business!!!

Stuck up snobs who treat you badly and have poor customer service. Dress to the T ladies if you must go there. They will give you the once over to decide if you are worthy of them.

I would recommend going elsewhere. 4 out of 5 dresses where measured wrong and fit horrible. They do no offer alterations or even steam press dresses. Thier service was bad as well.

I realized first hand why I have not shopped there due to all the negative things I have heard about this place as I visited it with a friend today. The clerks are almost rude ,if you ask a question about thier services you get a cold we don't do that , we don't have that not a "I'm sorry we don't have or offer that . You can't get a dress steamed there ? They hand it to you a wrinkled mess unless you have it altered there? They should be ashamed to hand a dress out in that condition. It takes only a few minutes to steam one. They won't even do it for you if you pay if you don;t have it altered. There again you get a simple no we don't do that. I have never heard anything good about this place and will continue to not shop there or recomend it . Go to toledo, or Columbus or Mansfield where you get excellant customer service because you will not get it here!
