Established in 1956, Krout Elementary enrolls students in kindergarten through grade six. It maintains a parent-teacher organization that provides activities and services to students, parents and staff members. The school also offers a lunch menu that features bread, toasts, vegetables and fruits, cereals, orange juice and milk. Located in Tiffin, Ohio, Krout Elementary is a part of Tiffin City Schools, which additionally operates several other schools, including Tiffin Columbian High School, Clinton Elementary School and Washington Elementary School. Tiffin City Schools academic curriculum includes social studies, science, mathematics, English and language arts. It also provides lessons in art, music and health education.
