Provided by DexKnowsBought a cart for 3250, picked it up, drove it around the block and the starter/generator went out. Called Jeff the next morning and he told us to take it to some guy in Upper Sandusky (but didnt know the guys name or phone number) to have them fix it! We took the starter off and the brushes were totally gone. So we replace the brushes...drove it the the end of our street and back and the brushes were gone again! So we decided to replace them again, along with the bearings and the dry rotted belts Jeff left on it. And again, brushes totally gone. We asked the owner what he was going to do to help us out and he told us to return the starter that he would rebuild it or replace it. We called him today to see if it would be ready by Friday, as we need it for an event. He told me that he didnt feel sorry for us one bit and that we should have had it looked at. I reminded him that he sold us an operational cart, not a parts cart. We asked to return it for a refund and he told us he doesn't want that "basketcase" back.
