      Our products include a distress market carrier that can offer terms including prior acts coverage in situations where all other carriers have either declined or are only willing to offer no prior acts terms. We also have a program for standard law firms with just a small percent of a hard to place Area of Practice (AOP). "Hard to place" can include: Class Actions, Entertainment, Finacial Institutions, Intellectual Property, Real Estate or Securities. Our "Specified Area of Practice" program provides the ability to single out one practice area and provide coverage unique to that work. This allows a firm to obtain additional specific coverage of a hard to place area of practice. Additionally it can help a firm with a small percent of a hard to place AOP find more favorable terms for their standard works. The "Specified Area of Practice" program is offered for both primary and excess coverages.
