Horrible people!!!!! My 86 year old father and 79 year old mother were on their refill plan and ran out of gas....then were told it was their own fault!!! Not only that but when they finally did come out to fill the tanks they only had enough to fill one tank and told them he'd be "back in a couple of days" REALLY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? You should have brought enough gas in the first place and if not you should be there the first thing in the morning!!! THEN they had the nerve to turn off the gas at the tank outside and expect my parents to turn it back on trudging through at least 4 feet of snow! When my mother called to ask about them turning it off (this is the second time they've done this to them) and tell him that they were not able to get out there to turn it on he had the nerve to say "well you got down here to pay the bill" HOW DARE YOU JERKS! How dare you talk to your CUSTOMERS THAT WAY!! THEY PAY YOU NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE - CAN'T WAIT TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE ASAP

Poor customer service- filled tanks today arounf 830am. (they are their tanks not mine) I heard a hissing noise and gas was leaking from the top of the tank. Turned off valves and one tank was still leaking. Called the 800 number and they said someone would be out. Neigbor came by around 430 pm to tell me about the leak an smell. I called again. person said to try to tap the top of the valve. I did and it stopped. When I asked if someone would be out to top off he said if I probably didn't loose too much gas. It was leaking for 7 hours I told him. He said if someone was in the area they would stop by! What the heck!!! Hwe didn't eant to send someone out 50 miles to fill 2 gallons. I'm looking for a new gas company!!!!
