called on a Tuesday, he came out on Thursday. was quick and efficient. clock is running like a dream.

He picked up my clock for repair March 17th 2011 and it is now Oct 17th 2011 and it is still not fixed and he keeps coming up with excuses, so you guess how happy I am. He says he is backed up or some other reason and he is still taking clocks to fix according to his answering machine

He did an excellent job repairing my wall clock. Some of the replacement parts his suppliers sent him were not the correct ones and he improvised proper replacements at no extra charge. Very conscientious.
