W. Bayer & associates, Inc. was established in 1987 by Raymond W. Bayer, Professional Licensed Surveyor no. 6973. Raymond W. Bayer has been a Registered Land Surveyor since 1966 and has been serving Colorado by providing quality professional services for over 40 years. With our extensive experience we can provide Clients with accurate survey and mapping data for their projects, large or small, always keeping their ideas and interests at the soul of the project. Our survey maps and records are dated to 1919. Through the years of working with Clientel including large Corporations and Construction Companies, City, County and State Government, Title Companies, Realators and Individual Land Owners, we can provide the required surveys and project plans.
