I do not agree with "anonymous". The managers are very reasonable and are only trying to make people follow the rules. The rules make it a better place for everybody to live. I have lived here for 5 years and things have gotten better since they came. The people who complain are the ones who don't want to follow the rules. Maria G.

I have lived here for about 10 years at least. I don't mind it. The neighbor's are mostly spanish now, but they are nice people and don't cause any problems. At least on my side of the park. However the kids playground is totally outdated ,and not really kept up on maintainance. There is broken glass and stickers there,all summer long. It is still fun for the kids,just dangerous.

We Love Living Here, We Have Lived Here For A Year And It Is Grate, The Managers Are Really Nice We Get Along With All Of The Workers, The School Are So Close The Kids Go Walking, Theres Two Elementary, One Middle And One High, My Kids Love It. The Nighboorhood Is Nice, We Live Next To One Of The Pools, We Just Love It Here! I Recomend It To Anyone.

WARNING !!!!Very rude manajers. They are a mexican couple- They believe that they are more than you because of their position, but that does not prevent them from being arrogant even with their own race, many neighbors have had complaints on them from about a year ago since they start. I would like to move out of here ASAP, I am paying high monthly park rent fee for the space but they do not allow you to many things,look like Im live in a very stricted condo, not in my own house.If you are thinking in move to this place really take consider this message!
