Allegro Coffee Company is a coffee and espresso business based out of Thornton, Colo. The company has tasted hundreds of samples of coffee from the world s top growing regions to select one or two coffees that offer classic flavors typical of that region. Allegro then roasts the beans in small batches to perfect and maintain the flavor. It maintains a unique array of coffees that span the roasting spectrum from Full City to French Roast. Allegro s coffee farmers use traditional and sustainable growing, harvesting and processing practices, including the use of shade trees, manual weeding, water conservation and organic farming methods. The company also gives 5 percent of its net profits to support the communities where its coffee is grown and its local neighborhoods. Established in 1977, Allegro Coffee Company continues to import, roast and wholesale distribute coffee and coffee products.
