In my experience the front desk was very nice even though we were having problems with insurance. They took the time and did everything they could to fix it. Everyone was very nice and understanding!

HORRIBLE! THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CALL YOU TO REMIND YOU OF AN APPOINTMENT OR TO TELL YOU YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED!!! THE OFFICE MANAGER SLAMMED THE GLASS SHUT IN MY FACE BECAUSE I WAS UPSET ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELLED AND NO ONE NOTIFIED ME THAT IT WAS CANCELLED! I HATE TO SEE HOW THE DENTISTS ARE!
