Absolutely awful experience.I work from home and rescheduled my entire day to accommodate their schedule. Mind you, I bought this Groupon on February 21st and March 14th was the FIRST AVAILABLE DATE they gave me. I had regularly scheduled weekly conference calls that I had to shift around, since I wasn't given multiple times either. It was, "We can come on March 14th at 11am. Take it or leave it."Since it was 3 weeks after I bought my Groupon, I obliged. I received a phone call at 10:51 and 10:55 from an unrecognized phone number on the morning of March 14th. I was on the phone with a client call so clearly I couldn't answer. No voice message was left. I am not in the habit of returning unrecognized calls that don't leave voice messages since more often times than not, they are robo-calls.11am came and went. No knocks on my door. No doorbell ringing. At 11:55, I finally text the number that I made my appointment with. I'm immediately told that the cleaning people were here. I explain that clearly isn't the case, since I've not left my house since 2pm yesterday. I also explain that if someone was here and knocking at my door and/or ringing my doorbell, I would know.Back and forth a few times and I'm told that the cleaning person will call me. And she did. To essentially tell me that I'm a liar and that they were here, and I just didn't answer the door. I'm like, no. That's not the case at all. Bottom line. She called me a b*tch and hung up. NOT happy about that.So, I call the number of the person I've been texting with. I assume it's the owner. She sends me straight to voicemail 3 times in a row.I text the presumable "owner" tell her I'm going to keep calling until someone answers since I'm NOT OK with what's happened this morning and am NOT OK paying for a service that wasn't delivered. She calls back. I tell her that her "reliable cleaning person" called, essentially yelled at me and then hung up on me. She then tells me - and this is verbatim, "They were there. You didn't answer your door. Cash in your Groupon and don't call me no more."DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
