Jefferson Energy Cooperative is a nonprofit, member-owned and operated business that provides energy marketing and related services for residential and commercial clients throughout Georgia. It offers services to the residents of Burke, Columbia, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, Johnson, McDuffie, Richmond, Warren and Washington counties in Georgia. The cooperative s products include control panels, battery backup systems, infrared motion detectors, saw doors, window sensors, yard signs and decals. It additionally provides billing, online application, and water heater and heat pump rebate programs. The cooperative offers deregulation, power line maintenance, repair, membership and water heater installation services. It also provides Internet access, Web hosting, e-mail, technical support and 24-hour on-call services. Jefferson Energy Cooperative has partnerships with Touchstone Energy and Energy Star.
