Love Quality Hardware! I can always find an answer at this hardware store. The employees are very helpful and knowledgable. I can usually find a $5 solution as compared to a $50 solution from the big box stores. We have done lots of home renovations over the last couple of years so I've gotten well acquainted with this store. Its a lot more convenient, and quicker, to visit this wonderful hardware store than going to Lowes or Home Depot and struggling/waiting to get help or a knowledgeable employee. I would recommend using Quality Hardware for ALL your household needs. All of the staff is very polite and knowledgable. If you call to see if they carry something and they do not they will even tell you where to call that might carry what you are looking for. My husband and I were waterproofing our deck and we called to compare pricing with Lowes...which theirs is much better...and we did not even say we would be by to pick it up but, 4 hours later when my husband went to Quality Hardware the guy remembered talking to him on the phone and within minutes had everything my husband needed and he could not have been more pleased with the service and knowledge of their employees.
