TERRIBLE! Just left there to go to Bojangoes. We walked in at about 9pm. They close at 10. After about 3 minutes of being totally ignored (and the only ones in line) an associate said she'd be with us. A minute later another associate said she would be with us. All the while they're cleaning up and spraying everything down. There were at least 5 employees back there. Another minute or so, still no one helps us so we walked out.

I love Kentucky fried chicken. The only thing I'm upset about is I ordered a three piece snack meal and I only got two pieces of chicken instead. I couldn't bring it back right away because I was already on my way too gtcc in Jamestown plus I was very hungry.....wish staff would pay more attention........you owe me a lol

The food is good ....when you can get it. The wait for the grilled chicken is 20 min or more. If you order a bucket of grilled they always try to give you extra crispy or original to replace a chicken breast because they never have enough. This happens to me everytime I go.Unforunately I can't eat anything but grilled. I do not go anymore.

I would not suggest anyone go to this location....I waited in line 20 minutes ,when i finally got to order i had to repeat what i wanted five times!!!And still did not get what i wanted,I ordered a 12 piece crispy bucket of chicken and 2 biscuts what i got was a 16 piece bucket of soggy chicken and 6 biscuts and was charged 26 dollars!!!!!! I will not ever go to this location again!!!!!I called and complained and was hung up on!!!
