Davidson County Community College has various campus locations in North Carolina, including one in Thomasville. It offers a wide range of academic programs, including accounting, air conditioning, heating and refrigeration, automation technician, automotive systems technology, business administration, computer programming, electrical and electronics technology, electronics engineering, human resources management, industrial systems and computer information technology, plastic manufacturing technology, motorcycle mechanics and motorsports management. It also provides fine and visual arts, music, networking and online computer information technology, operations management racing car performance, truck driving and welding courses. In addition, Davidson County Community College has a distance learning program that offers curriculum courses and continuing education as well.
