New owners as of Feb. 2013.The service NOW is really above what is normally given. I ship a lot and now you will have helpful people doing what you want. The prior ratings is 5 years ago with a prior owner. I have used them for 3 years, there is no comparison to the service today since the new owners have taken over the store. An A rating from me. I have been using this company since they opened and have had numerous small problems (unable to obtain tracking numbers, not being opened during business hours, etc.) but the most recent problem has been, by far, the worst and has happened frequently. I had paid extra money for express shipping, and they took the extra money and shipped it with regular shipping. I will no longer be using this business and I would suggest that you take your mail to the post office. They even give discounts if you print your label online, which is what I do now.
