Unprofessional atmosphere, doctor that I saw was dismissive of me. Decided that since my distance vision was good, there was no need to check my close up vision or hear me when I tried to tell him that was the reason I was there. I tried to tell him that traditional reading glasses were not doing the job anymore, but with a wave of his hand I was "dismissed". So I am still having problems, but have no more money to see anyone else for help. Oh, & that's part of the problem. I can't "SEE" anyone anyway if they are within 5 feet of me which is why I went there in the first place! Everything I do that's up close, I have to constantly check myself as I "guess" like while typing & I make a lot of errors still that I have to double check. I feel like I'm preparing for one day becoming blind, but thanks to this dismissive so-called doctor, it will be next year or later before I can afford to go to a different clinic to find out!
