a one out of five stars is generous. after having a great rapoir with the staff at this establishment for many years, a recent hire - a female bartender - showed a complete lack of customer service skills. her rudeness reflected a total unawarenes of the prescence of numerous alternative drinking establishments in the downtown waterbury area. quite surprising that an individual with such a lack of interpersonal skills would be hired in this economy to collect money from hard-working folks, many surviving on fixed incomes. it was disgusting.
