They have quality merchandise and better prices than other rent to own stores. They are bothersome though. If your payment is due on the first, and they close at 7 pm., they will start calling you at 4 pm. to find out why you have not came in their store yet. If you are not there before they close, you can expect phone calls the next more at 8 am. saying you are late and why you did not come pay them. I told them I would be in on Friday to pay my bill and the guy asked, " Did you tell the water company you could not pay them until Friday?" There is no grace period with them also. Your due date is your due date and a late fee. I had an item to break from them. They never came to fix or replace it. They still wanted payment for it though. My suggestion is if you are going to rent from them, make sure your pay date and rental due date are the same. If not, you will be steadily harassed until you pay. You will get the nasty phone calls, letters in the mail, and calls to your references.
