Spates Fabricators, located in Thermal, Calif., builds wood roof and floor trusses for the residential and commercial building industry of Southern California, and specializes in tract housing. Its clients include: Del Webb s in Sun City, Calif.; PGA West in Montecito, Calif.; Marriott Shadow Ridge; Heritage Homes; Villaggio; Ministrelli in Big Horn, Calif.; and Legacy at Mission Hills. Spates is a member of the Wood Truss Council of American and the Desert Contractors Association.
