Found this park to be beautiful, but in need of some repairs, Manager, Mr Brown, is more focused on personal control of the park than in providing basic park maintenance, Mosquitos are a serious problem, but management would rather you take care of this yourself. Mole problem has not been addressed, could lead to some major problems with the big oak tree roots being compromised. If you don't mind being eaten alive by mosquitos and risking personal injury from mole runs, come on in!! Mr Brown will welcome you - oh, by theway, Mr Brown doesn't like for you to smoke or drink beer in HIS park. Not much for you talking to your neighbors either. Owner of the park doesn't care on how the park is run, only worried that the money keeps on pouring in!!
