Our freezer stopped working, and that meant no cool air at all in the fridge, and I didn't notice until I opened the freezer and I seen the ice melting from the holder! I called a&b and they came out with the part, fixed it, and I had a working fridge again in less than an hour! Wonderful service, polite, fast, and all around great experience! Very knowledgeable as well! I explained my issue and he knew exactly what it was and was at my house 15 mins later with the part!

1 star because I had to select something! I bought a dryer from them 2 weeks ago with a 30 day warranty. It's making a horrible noise! Now they tell me the warranty doesn't cover service calls, parts or labor. They told me to load it into the trunk of my car and bring it back. I'm a single woman with no truck and no one to help me with it. The service call alone is $85. I suppose I can tie a rope around it and drag it to them!
