We want to thank the guys who come to pick up our trash every week. And thank you for putting the large rock in the bottom of our trash can to keep if from blowing away that day we had those high winds. That is what I call going above your job. Thanks for that. My husband & I appreciate you.

It would be nice if they would notify their customers what holidays they will / will not work as well as letting customers know if they will not be picking up trash due to hazardous road conditions. The only contact we get from them is a bill every three months. They didn't pick up my trash last week and I can only assume it's because of all the snow we received. Still waiting for them to pick up today. It's getting really late though - hope they didn't go out of business!
