Horrible water issues, and poor property maintenance.

I am currently living in this complex, and am counting down the days until my lease is up!! The only good thing about this place is the location, it is great being so close to IH45, and Sawdust Road offers many stores that I frequently visit on a weekly basis. The rent is over priced, the floor plans are too small, I can hear my upstairs neighbor use the bathroom and can smell their cigarette smoke throughout my kitchen because it comes in through my air vent!! The pool is never clean and the hot tub NEVER works right! The 'laundry room' is outside on my patio and only fits my washing machine, my dryer is covered in a tarp on the patio itself, and they are not over sized by any means! Anytime I need anything from the office there is always a new employee who has no idea what is going on, it is quite frustrating! They charge $15 a month to have your own parking reserved parking place, $40 a month on cable (you don't have a choice), $5 a month for pest control!
