In 2007 D & Dee Enterprises opened their first restaurant in The Dalles, OR, under the name of Skipper's Seafood & Chowder House. In the years since D & Dee Enterprises has added 7 more Skipper's restaurants located in: Lewiston, Idaho,and Sunnyside, Washington. The Oregon Restaurants are located in Roseburg, Springfield, Albany, Salem, Happy Valley, and The Dalles. Skipper's was founded by Herb Rosen in Bellevue, Washington, in 1969, at which time Skippers began serving fried fish, shrimp, and clams as well as our award winning chowder. For more than 40 years, Skippers has strived to bring you the highest quality seafood. We search world wide for the sweet, scrumptious shellfish, wild-caught Alaskan Salmon, and Fantastic Finfish that made us famous.
