Will avoid calls when seeking to fix problems. Took months to get heating fixed in dead of winter and with no compensation. Very unreasonable and unfair in business.

Horrible horrible place to rent from. They do not help their renters, and they overcharge for cheap places. Ongoing conflict with a neighbor that they will do nothing about. They make promises and never keep them, and they change timeliens to fit their needs, not yours. 0/10 do not rent from them.
