I have purchased several rifles and handguns from these guys and have found them to be very knowledgeable and professional. That being said, I happened to be in the store when you were there and I think it is unfortunate you would write such a bad review in light of the fact that there are other reasons you cannot purchase a firearm. As a former police officer I can tell you that I understand completely where the owners are coming from.
