      Carpco Steel was founded in 1919 by Mr. O.S. Carpenter. He set his goals early on to make Carpenter Steel ( as it was known back then ) the premier facility in Texarkana. Now the third generation of Carpenters are still seeing that O.S.'s goals are maintained.
