I was not happy with my sons photo for his college graduation, I contacted the company. Was assisted by a wonderful young lady name Alexis. Explained I was not satisfied with my photo, She went out of her way to see if there was a way her lab department would be able to fix the photo took a while, but she followed up with me by email, in the end I was happy with the end result. Just awesome customer service and patience from this awesome young lady. Thank you again
